vi. | Obituary; 2006 Obituary Bernadette May Bourdeau Patrie; Text Bernadette May Patrie Written by pressrepublican.com Tuesday, November 28, 2006 CHAMPLAIN — Bernadette May Patrie, 79, of Champlain passed away Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006, at the CVPH Medical Center. She was born July 31, 1927, the daughter of the late Wilfred and Bertha Bordeau. She was a member of the Ladies of St. Ann and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Her hobbies were reading and genealogy. Her parents; her husband, Leonard Arthur Patrie who died in 1994; and two brothers, Wilfred and Robert Bordeau, predeceased her. Survivors include three sons, Deacon Leonard Patrie and his wife Amy of Rouses Point, Phillip Patrie and his wife Barbara of Champlain and Joseph Patrie and his spouse J.R. LaBarge of Champlain; three brothers, Gerald (Mike) Bordeau, Philip Bordeau of Plattsburgh and James Bordeau and his wife Jenny of Plattsburgh; one sister-in-law, Joan Bordeau of Plattsburgh; eight grandchildren, Rachel Brinson and her husband Robert of Denver, Colo., Randall Patrie of Champlain, Jeremy Patrie of Champlain, Julie Ashline and her husband Jacob of Champlain, Bobbie Patrie of Rouses Point, Nathan Patrie of Rouses Point, Anthony Patrie and his wife Shelby and Nicholas Patrie of Mooers Forks. Several nieces and nephews also survive her. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Clark Funeral Home in Champlain. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, at St. Mary's Church in Champlain.
